MAC Blue Brown Pigment

18 July 2016

If you read my posts you will know how obsessed I am with MAC pigments, I think they look amazing and they also seem to last forever! I recently picked up Blue Brown which I have quickly grown to love.

When you look at the pot it changes colour when you look at it from different angles! It is so shimmery, just like all the MAC pigments, and looks so amazing when applied.

For this look I used:

MAC - Blue Brown pigment
MAC - Red Brick
MAC - Swiss Chocolate
ABH - Hot Chocolate
Makeup Geek - Bitten
ABH - Glow Kit Gleam
Urban Decay - 24/7 liquid liner
MAC - False Lashes Mascara

You'll have to excuse my eyebrows in this photo, I scraped out the last bit of my Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow and tried to make it look okay even though it had dried up and it didn't really work, but never mind! I decided to use brown shades and also a dark red to go with this pigment and I really like how it turned out. I have got a bit bored with how I've been doing my eye make up lately as I always just stick to neutral colours, so thats why I have been wearing more pinks and oranges, and now I'm obsessed with this Blue Brown pigment.

For my face make up I used Make Up Forever HD foundation, ABH Cream Contour kit, Benefit's Hoola Bronzer, MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20 and Benefit's Rockateur Blush. On my lips I have used Charlotte Tilbury's lipcheat in Iconic Nude, which is now the smallest pencil you will ever see but I am determined to make it last, as it is my favourite lip liner ever! I also have used Whirl lipstick by MAC. I original tried to use Charlotte Tilbury's lipstick Glastonberry but it was too much as the I didn't want to take any attention away from the eye make up.

I have been doing this eyeshadow look so much since and I think it may be a new favourite, I hope you like it as much as I do!

Thanks for reading!
