I have one huge addiction and it is fake tan. I have probably tried every fake tan on the shelves of Superdrug and Boots. I absolutely hate being pale so much that I fake tan at least once a week, every week. My favourite self tanning brand is FakeBake. I have been using this brand for almost a year now and I can confirm that I am well and truly obsessed.
FakeBake Flawless is a liquid self tan and it comes with a tanning mitt to apply it. My favourtie thing about this product is that it dries super fast, but still leaves your skin with a healthy glow and streak free, if applied correctly.
You can either spray the liquid straight onto your skin and then rub it in with the mitt or spray it onto the mitt and then apply. When tanning my legs, tummy, and back I often just spray the liquid directly onto my skin, which is not recommended but I find that this works better for me. But with smaller areas like my neck and arms I spray it onto the mitt first as it is less messy. When rubbing the tan into your skin always use circular motions to avoid streaks. I would recommend standing on a towel, away from any light coloured walls or carpets when tanning. As it can be quite difficult to apply. I learnt this the hard way and my white carpet was not very white anymore. The liquid comes out the bottle as a very very dark brown colour, but don't let this put you off. Once rubbed evenly into your skin it is a lovely glowing bronze.
FakeBake flawless dries within 10 minutes at most, which is amazing! This is because there is no lotion in the product, which adds to the drying time. However, because there is no lotion in the tan it is essential to fully moisturize and let it sink into your skin prior to applying FakeBake. After 10 minutes you can put your clothes on with no worries that it will leave any stains or start to streak.
Surprisingly, FakeBake has quite a light smell and does not have the beef smell that fake tans usually have. The smell on FakeBake lasts until you have showered and then you cannot smell anything! I usually shower, then moisturize, then apply the tan. I then shower again the next day or night, so the tan has plenty of time to sink in.
The colour of this self tan is so natural looking and glowing. It looks like you have been living in spain for a month! So despite the name, it does not look fake at all. The colour develops as soon as you apply it and lasts around a week. I find that applying it once or twice a week keeps the colour enough for your skin to look tanned all the time!
FakeBake have such a huge range of tanning products, so it could be hard to decide which one is best for you and your skin. I have tried FakeBake Original, FakeBake Flawless and Flawless Darker. I prefer Flawless and Flawless Darker as they are liquid tans and I find these last a lot longer and dry a lot quicker, which suits me. But if you prefer a lotion, go with Original. I have recommended FakeBake to all of my friends. If you are looking to try a new self tan then I would definitely give it a go!
So have a browse of their website and see which one would suit you best. They also have some good special offers on at the moment so grab a bargain while you can!

My first little LV
27 January 2016
Back in November I went to Leeds and treat myself to my first Louis Vuitton. I got the Mini Pochette in the classic monogram canvas. I have been looking at this little bag for a while, as I think it is so cute and elegant. So I decided to finally purchase it.
It comes with a gold chain which unclips at one side. I often clip it to the inside of my other bags and put my lipsticks, keys and money in. I use it as a little essentials pouch. I also use it on its own as an evening clutch bag, as my phone, lipstick, money and keys all fit in. It looks so cute when you carry it on its own.
It came in such a lovely box, all neatly wrapped up. It also comes with a dust bag. The sales assistant was really helpful as I was choosing between which pattern to go for and it took me a while to choose between them. But I think if I ever got a bigger LV bag I would go for the Damier canvas.
I definitely have a thing for cute evening clutch bags. I also love bags with chain straps as I think they look so classic and elegant. The next bag on my lust list is the Mulberry Lily bag, however I think I will need to write a few more posts and work a lot more shifts before I can afford that one! So I think that bag will be on my list for a while. A girl can dream though...

Pamper time
25 January 2016
One of my favourite things to do in winter is have a hot bath with amazing smelling products. I don't think there is anything better than getting in from the freezing cold and running a bath, is there?
REN invisible pores detox mask
Clinique anti blemish solutions cleansing foam
Lush Snow Fairy shower gel
Victoria's Secret shea scrub wash
Victoria's Secret Verbena Cream Wash
As the bath is running I pore in quite a lot of the Snow Fairy shower gel. It is my favourite lush shower gel and I always stock up on it when it comes out for Christmas. It makes the whole bathroom smell amazing and leaves the bathwater slightly pink and glittery.
I then cleanse my face with the Clinique cleansing foam. I have been using this product for about a month now and I am coming close to the end of the bottle. It works really well at preventing spots and getting rid of any existing ones. It leaves my skin feeling quite tight afterwards so I always make sure I moisturize my skin well after I've used it.
After I cleansed my face and before I applied my moisturizer I applied a thick layer of the REN detox mask and left it on for 10-15 minutes. You can really feel it working while it is on your skin. It tingles slightly but doesn't sting or burn like some other face masks. It always leaves my skin feeling revived and fresh.
I then exfoliate with the shea scrub, this smells so good! I use this about twice a week to get rid of dead skin and to keep my skin smooth. Once it is washed off I then use the Verbena cream wash to cleanse my skin. It acts as a soap and a moisturizer. It also smells lovely and my skin feels silky afterwards. I really like the Victoria's Secret bath and beauty products. Especially their perfumes and body sprays! I think I have gone through about 13 bottles of body spary, they are all so good! I then wash off my face wash with slightly warm water and a flannel.
I then get out the bath and moisturize my body with the Verbena body lotion which matches the cream wash. I apply the Clinique anti blemish solutions gel to my face then use the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream on my face. Which is incredible! I am going to write about my full skincare routine soon. While I'm in the bath I always leave my pjs and slippers on the radiator so they are nice and warm when I get out, it is such a good idea! Then I am finally all clean, warm and smell amazing! Doing this pamper routine a few times a week is definitely essential for me, especially on a Sunday night. It is so relaxing.
Do you have any favourite pamper products?

What I got for Christmas!!
23 January 2016
Christmas is well and truly over considering we are now half way through January and this post is a little late to say the least. However, I still wanted to write it as I am so happy and excited with what I got this year! I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and that you enjoy this post. I got spoilt this Christmas from my family, boyfriend and friends. I feel so lucky and I am so grateful!
I also got these lush Calvins! They have got to be the most comfortable underwear sets ever, so I was happy to be adding to the collection.
I got lots of lovely beauty products for Christmas. Some of my favourites are a Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow and eye pencil, Urban Decay Gwen Stefani palette (I wrote about this here), YSL lipstick and some MAC eyelashes. I am really excited to try them all out and write about them!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

I couldn't pick a favourite present this year from my parents, but I managed to narrow it down to 2!
I got a new phone, the iPhone 6s! I was so so happy, considering I have been living with a smashed iPhone 5s which I literally thought was going to fall apart any time soon. I definitely am going to take much more care of this one.
My next favourite present is this gorgeous Michael Kors backpack. I think it is the most adorable bag I have ever seen, it is just so cute. I have been using it when I go shopping, I must say that having a bag on you back instead of having a handbag hanging on your arm while shopping is so much easier. I am so obsessed with it, I just want to take it everywhere.
I got a lot of lovely clothes for christmas. Mostly from All Saints. My boyfriend got me an All Saints dress which is a taupe colour with suede down the side, it is gorgeous. He knows me well! I haven't got a photo in it yet as I am saving it for a good occasion to wear it for the first time, I'm thinking Valentines day...
I also got these lush Calvins! They have got to be the most comfortable underwear sets ever, so I was happy to be adding to the collection.

Date Day - Jamie's Italian and Barluga
22 January 2016
My boyfriend and I went for a date last Saturday in Newcastle and we had such a lovely time as always. We went to Jamie's Italian, one of my favourite lunch time restaurants.
Every time I go to Jamie's I get the same meal, the squid and mussel spaghetti nero. It is squid ink spaghetti with octopus, squid, muscles, capers, anchovies and chilli in a white wine and tomato sauce. Mmmmm. It is seriously amazing if you love seafood, like me. George got the Chicken Cacciatorre, but he started eating it before I had chance to take a photo of it haha.
For dessert I got the warm fudge brownie with ice cream and caramel popcorn. I am obsessed with brownies, especially when they come with chocolate sauce and ice cream! It is called 'Epic Brownie' on the menu for a reason I guess. George got the chocolate praline pudding, I couldn't even try it because of my nut allergy! But it looked really nice. Again, he ate it before I could take a photo...
If you are thinking of trying Jamie's Italian, go online and sign up to the Gold Club. You get free tasters before your meal and you get £10 off your bill the first time you go! So it is definitely worth signing up for.
After a long day of shopping we stopped for a few drinks in Barluga before we went home. I thought George deserved a drink after I dragged him around the shops for hours! We arrived at around 6pm and it was extremely busy! Luckily we managed to grab the last table. We were there for a few hours and the atmosphere was fab. We have just booked a table for our Valentines meal, as the food that we watched get brought out looked amazing. I have ate here before a couple of times for lunch and the sandwiches and meat sharing platter is lovely, so I am really excited to try the main meals. As you can see in the photo I got a Links of London treat too!
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Palette
21 January 2016
Urban Decay have recently launched a new collection by Gwen Stefani, which includes this palette of 15 shades hand picked by Gwen her self. If you are into make up, especially eye make up, I guarantee that you have came across the collection of Naked palettes before. Well UD have stretched out further and created a limited edition palette. As I love the Naked palettes so much, I had to try this one!
First of all, the design of the packaging is gorgeous! Definitely the nicest designed palette I have seen and it has been given a prime spot in my palette draw.
The palette includes neutral matte shades which are perfect for simple every day looks or can be built up for a bolder look and they are also great transition shades. The palette also includes a mix of shimmer eyeshadows, of which the pigmentation is incredible! To add to the range of shades there are two vibrant colours, a pink and a blue. My favourite colours in the palette are:
Punk - A deep burgundy colour which is great for blending in the outer corner. It is very similar to the MAC shade Embark.
Pop - A peachy shimmery shade which is great for the lid and inner corner as it is so pigmented.
Bathwater - I love using this one to highlight my cheek bones and brow bone.
Anaheim - I think I use this colour nearly every time I use the palette! It is a great transition shade.
This is my favourite look I have done with the palette so far. For this look I used all Urban Decay eye products! I think this would be perfect for a night out or a party. I was gutted that when I practiced this it was a Monday night and I had no where to go!
Shadows used:
Anaheim - transition shade in crease as it blends so well and is easy to build.
Serious - All over lid, this shade is grey with a tiny bit of a silver shimmer. This really stands out next to the matte shades and the thick eyeliner. Glitter is always good for party make up, right?
Punk - Outer corner of crease, winged quite far out and close to the brow bone. Also along the lower lash line. I love this colour so so much. Possibly my favourite out of them all.
Blackout - A tiny bit in the outer corner, blended into Punk and Serious.
Bathwater - Inner corner of the eye and half way along the lower lash line, blended into Punk.
Blonde - I used this shade to highlight my brow bone, under my eyebrow. It made the eyeshadow and my brows look a lot more defined.
Other Urban Decay Products used:
24/7 Liquid liner - I used this to create a long flick. I then used a cotton bud to remove any eyeshadow which was bellow the flick. I then took some concealer and blended it underneath the flick to make it look a lot sharper. This eyeliner is my favourite liquid liner next to Benefits They're Real liner. It is so easy to apply and the applicator brush is so thin and pointed. I like that this product is easy to wipe off if you make a mistake. Unlike Benefit's liner which you basically need to start again if you make a mistake as it is so hard to get off.
24/7 black eye pencil - I used this in my top and bottom water lines, I hate doing this as it makes me cringe so much but it went really well with this look.
Perversion mascara - I have always had this mascara in my collection and have been repurchasing it for so long. It makes my lashes long and feathery and does not clump!
Face/lip products -
Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation
ABH Dip Brow Pomade in medium brown
ABH Cream Contour Kit in light to medium
Charlotte Tilbury Glastonbury lipstick

New design! New year!
20 January 2016
Happy 2016!!
Thank you to everyone who has been reading my blog throughout last year and if you are new, then hello! 2015 was such a good year as it was the year that I began to get a lot more readers and a lot more interest in my blog from companies, fellow bloggers and anyone else that enjoys reading what I have to say I guess. It made me so happy that people were actually reading my posts and it gave me a lot of motivation as I saw the view counter increase faster and faster each day. I was so excited when I got interest from companies wanting me to try out their products and write about them. As I never thought that would happen when I started my blog when I was 15. So thank you!
As you may have noticed, my blog has gone through a bit of a revamp. I now have a new design and a new header. I could not be happier with how it has turned out and it is all thanks to Serena from PrettyWildThings, who I have been working with on my new design for georgiamaybeauty.com. I would recommend her work to anyone, the process is so fast and you are kept in the loop with what is going on so you can make any changes.
I thought that the beginning of a new year was a good time to change the appearance of my blog. This is because at the end of last year I did not write many posts, none at all in December! I had just started college in September, got a part time job and I had a lot going on so I gave it a bit of a rest for a while. But I have missed it so much and have tried many many more beauty products during that time which I am so excited to talk about.
I can't wait to start updating my blog weekly again and I am so excited about it's new appearance! Let me know what you think of the new design and also let me know about any posts you would like to see, any products you would like to read about, or what you would like to see more of this year!
Thanks again for reading and happy new year!
